Capstone Logistics is hiring motivated and high-energy individuals for the Warehouse Unloader position in Vero Beach, FL.
In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, both by hand and with equipment. You’ll be paid based on your performance and output, meaning the harder you work, the more you can earn. Responsibilities of the Warehouse Unloader
The following are the responsibilities of the Warehouse Unloader at Capstone Logistics:
- Load and unload materials by hand and with equipment
- Ensure efficient and accurate handling of goods during unloading
- Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Work at a fast pace while meeting production targets
- Report any safety hazards or issues to management
- Assist with organizing and sorting materials for shipment

Qualifications:

Experience:
- Prior warehouse and/or equipment handling experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate

Physical Skills:
- Must be able to lift and carry materials weighing between 25–75 lbs
