Job Description
As a Warehouse Equipment Associate at Capstone Logistics, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of the warehouse. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that include loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse. Your work will ensure that the flow of goods in the warehouse is efficient, timely, and accurate, helping Capstone maintain its reputation for high performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Equipment Associate
The following are the responsibilities of the Warehouse Equipment Associate at Capstone Logistics:
- Load and unload materials and products from delivery trucks.
- Select, organize, and store materials efficiently within the warehouse.
- Handle freight hauling and assist with the movement of goods to designated areas.
- Conduct audits to ensure that inventory and products are accurately documented.
- Repack products, sort materials, and palletize as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and site leadership instructions.
- Perform additional warehouse tasks as assigned by the site leadership.
Requirements for the Warehouse Equipment Associate

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
Experience:
- Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred.
- Willing to train the right candidate with no previous experience.
Skills:
- High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to perform physical labor and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Physical Skills:
- Ability to lift and carry 25- 75 lbs.
- The work is very physical, requiring stamina and endurance.
