Salary: $91,400 – $123,625 (plus bonuses, equity, and benefits)
Expected Hours: 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday)

Job Description

The Data Analyst will support MeUndies’ growth by developing and maintaining web and marketing analytics. This includes customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, performance analysis, and key metrics monitoring. The role will involve dashboard creation and ad-hoc data analysis across various departments, focusing on e-commerce performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain key e-commerce and marketing analytics (customer lifecycle, segmentation, A/B testing, etc.).
  • Create Tableau dashboards and reports for various departments (marketing, product planning, logistics, etc.).
  • Complete ad-hoc data analysis and reporting for stakeholders.
  • Monitor key e-commerce metrics, identify emerging trends, and provide insights.
  • Manage and document business requirements, ensuring projects meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Summarize insights in deliverable formats, such as dashboards and reports.
  • Provide overall project management, maintaining roadmaps, and communicating changes effectively

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, or related field.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on e-commerce and marketing analytics preferred.
  • Strong experience with SQL, Excel, and BI Tools (Tableau preferred).

Skills:

  • Expertise in web analytics, A/B testing, and marketing channel performance analysis.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proven experience in summarizing data for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to take a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
