CAIS is looking for a Salesforce Developer eager to grow in a fast-paced tech environment. This hybrid role offers hands-on experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and CRM systems. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Service Technology, you will be guided by experienced mentors and gain exposure to cutting-edge tools like Salesforce Data Cloud and Einstein AI.
The role bridges Salesforce development with BI functions to support business decisions. Ideal candidates are curious, proactive, and passionate about working with data in the capital markets space. You’ll support multiple departments by building dashboards, validating data, and helping create scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities of the Salesforce Developer
The following are the responsibilities of the Salesforce Developer at CAIS:
- Support both Salesforce and BI teams with daily reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis tasks.
- Use CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) and Salesforce-native tools to develop clear and informative dashboards.
- Explore and adopt emerging Salesforce technologies such as Data Cloud and Einstein AI.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations to support Sales, Client Services, and Strategy teams.
- Drive the integration of Tableau and Snowflake dashboards into a centralized Client 360 experience on Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Assist in modeling and mapping complex datasets within Salesforce Data Cloud projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting needs and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Validate, clean, and analyze data from Salesforce, Snowflake, and other systems to ensure accuracy.
- Work alongside the AI team to develop prototypes using Einstein AI and in-house LLM-powered tools.
- Document processes, findings, and reusable insights in the form of internal knowledge articles.
- Collaborate across teams, including developers, product managers, and business users, to ensure alignment and delivery.
Requirements for the Salesforce Developer
Given below are the qualifications, experience, and skills required for the Salesforce Developer at CAIS:
Basic Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Coursework or certifications in Salesforce, BI tools, or data analytics is a plus
Experience:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce (dashboards, reports, or admin tasks)
- Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or CRM Analytics
- Familiarity with capital markets or financial services is preferred
- Understanding of cloud data warehouses like Snowflake is a strong advantage
Skills:
- Working knowledge of SQL and Excel for data extraction and transformation
- Solid understanding of data modeling and integration techniques
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
