- Establish and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, brand marketers, and decision-makers across key verticals (e.g., Consumer Electronics, Liquor, Wireless, Retail, Auto, Travel, CPG).
- Work closely with the SVP, Brand Partnerships, and internal teams to craft compelling go-to-market strategies.
Account & Partner Management:
- Oversee the execution of sold sponsorships, ensuring seamless integration of brand activations across live events, broadcast, digital, and social platforms.
- Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and long-term partnership strategies in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
- Provide marketplace education, thought leadership, and consultative sales solutions to prospective partners.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, content partnerships, media sales, or business development.
Experience:
- Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure sponsorship deals and selling to media agencies and client-direct marketers.
- Experience negotiating complex, multi-platform, multi-year deals in live event properties such as unscripted television, music festivals, or award shows.

- Strong relationships with media agency decision-makers and brand-direct marketing executives.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce to track pipeline and revenue progress.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Solution-selling expertise with a strategic, consultative approach.
- Ability to manage client relationships across multiple time zones.
