You will help organize marketing assets, contribute to the content calendar, and track campaign engagement. Reporting to the Marketing & People Operations Manager, this position provides hands-on experience in communications, brand development, and biotech innovation. Ideal candidates are strong writers, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing strategy.
The internship requires a 12-week minimum commitment, with potential to extend. This opportunity is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in gaining real-world experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Intern

- Support Vial’s content calendar by coordinating posts across LinkedIn and other platforms
- Draft and edit non-technical copy for updates, events, and internal culture features
- Collaborate with Design, Strategy, and Corp Dev teams to distribute press releases
- Assist with milestone announcements and their outreach across digital channels
- Track engagement metrics and campaign performance data using internal tools
- Maintain organized documentation of marketing assets and digital resources
- Provide assistance with copywriting, content planning, and publishing schedules
- Manage tasks across multiple projects while meeting marketing deadlines
Requirements for the Marketing Intern
