Job Description
As an Online Customer Service Representative at Veracity, you will join the VUE (Veracity Underwriting Experience) Team and provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls. This is not a typical call center role; you’ll handle customer inquiries about insurance policies and help troubleshoot issues.
Responsibilities
- Obtaining and maintaining a Property and Casualty License.
- Taking initiative and working independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintaining regular, timely attendance.
- Making decisions, solving problems, and adhering to ethical standards.
- Managing stress and maintaining composure.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications
High School Diploma
Experience
2 years of customer service experience
Skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage stress in a fast-paced environment.
