Job Description

As a Marketing Project Manager at Penske Media Corporation (PMC), you will oversee the seamless execution of marketing campaigns within the Strategic Solutions Group. Your role will focus on developing go-to-market strategies across key industry verticals, managing client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver innovative marketing solutions, optimize workflows, and drive strategic growth opportunities. The position requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and a passion for digital media and branded content.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Project Manager

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns tailored to PMC’s industry verticals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional account management and customer success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create creative media plans, campaign recommendations, and align deliverables.
  • Coordinate campaign execution, monitor performance, and provide post-campaign analysis.
  • Identify growth opportunities and optimize workflows to support seamless client experiences.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, event planning, and marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • 3–4 years of experience in marketing, project management, or account management with a focus on high-value clients.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in digital media, branded content, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, with Canva as a plus.
  • Experience with comScore or other campaign analysis tools is a plus.
