Job Description

ReSource Pro is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing and events Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives and campaigns and providing the tactical resources needed to achieve business goals. Your contribution will play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and fostering customer engagement. 

You will manage event logistics, measure campaign effectiveness, and collaborate across teams to deliver seamless experiences. This role requires excellent project management, a data-driven mindset, and deep marketing knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Manage event campaigns from ideation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, content development, budget management, travel arrangements, and staff coordination.
  • Execute marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Business Development to set event goals, promotional strategies, and communication plans.
  • Analyze event outcomes and track marketing performance using Salesforce and other tools to optimize ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage the distribution of marketing collateral, ensuring smooth communication between marketing and business development teams.
  • Support the marketing team with budget tracking, expense reports, and event-related activities.
  • Plan team outings and manage the marketing department’s day-to-day administrative needs.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing administrative or coordination role.
  • 2+ years of experience in event and tradeshow execution.
  • Proven experience in managing event logistics, including working with venues and vendors.

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing data, campaign analysis, and ROI tracking.
  • Ability to effectively communicate across all organizational levels, including management and C-suite executives.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Crowd Compass, Cvent, Zoominfo, and CRM systems.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in solving problems.
  • Positive “can-do” attitude, adaptable to changing priorities.
