Job Description
The Credit To Cash (C2C) team is seeking an analytical and motivated Finance Intern to assist the team in maintaining a healthy balance sheet through process efficiencies and the timely resolution of A/R (Accounts Receivable) transactions. The intern will gain valuable on-the-job experience in various functions of A/R, including deduction management and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive the productivity of the Organization’s Working Capital.
The Finance Intern will also work closely with the C2C Local Manager, gaining exposure to SAP, enhancing analytical skills, and developing an understanding of A/R processes.
Responsibilities of Finance Intern
- Assist the Atlanta C2C Finance team in post-audit deduction management.
- Gather, compile, and analyze account reconciliation information to help identify post-audit drivers.
- Help manage the NA DOMO Dashboard by updating new incoming balances, performing tracker maintenance, and preparing aging reports for CDT Finance.
- Support the C2C Local Manager in analyzing Bad Debt Reserve and Cash Discount Reserve by generating input data for analysis.
- Manage special projects with the C2C Local Manager to drive success in KPIs.
- Assist the team in compiling and managing data related to SOX, corporate, and external audits for the Atlanta C2C team.
- Participate in various special and continuous improvement projects as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (Rising Sophomores preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
Experience:
- No prior professional experience required, though any relevant internship or coursework in finance, accounting, or business analytics is a plus.
Skills:
- Analytical skills: Ability to gather and interpret data, identifying trends and insights to drive decision-making.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in presenting findings and collaborating with team members.
- Time management: Capability to balance multiple tasks and projects while adhering to deadlines.
- Teamwork: A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with finance-related software tools, such as SAP, and the ability to work with spreadsheets for data analysis.
Benefits
Salary Range: $20.00 – $23.50 USD per hour.
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for:

Shifts
This is a Hybrid role. The Finance Intern may be required to travel up to 10% of the time.
The working hours will vary based on the intern’s academic schedule, but they must be able to commit to approximately 20 hours per week during the academic year.
