Job Description
ReSource Pro is seeking an experienced Client Executive to join its business development team’s Carrier/MGA and Retail verticals. This role drives business growth by fostering and maintaining strong client relationships, leading client account planning, and ensuring consistent client satisfaction.
As a Client Executive, you will strategize, execute, and manage business development activities within assigned accounts, leveraging your experience in business process outsourcing (BPO) and insurance to offer cutting-edge solutions to meet clients’ business objectives.
Responsibilities of the Business Development Executive
- Develop and execute strategic plans for business development within assigned accounts.
- Cultivate and maintain trusted client relationships, understanding their business needs.
- Proactively introduce tailored solutions to enhance clients’ performance.
- Manage the sales lifecycle, including developing business and financial cases to close deals.
- Ensure high client satisfaction by overseeing the client relationship and addressing needs.
- Generate new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and referrals.
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends to deliver valuable insights to clients.
- Present and sell new ReSource Pro products/services to existing clients.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field. An advanced degree in these areas is a plus.
- Professional certifications in insurance or business process management are advantageous.
- Strong understanding of the insurance sector, specifically carrier, MGA, and retail operations.
Experience:
- 5-10 years of proven experience in business development, strategic account management, or sales within the insurance industry and/or business process outsourcing (BPO).
- Track record of success in selling services or products to insurance organizations, such as insurance carriers, MGAs, or brokers.
- Demonstrated experience in managing long-term client relationships and achieving revenue growth targets.
- Experience working in a remote environment and collaborating with distributed teams is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong sales acumen with a focus on consultative selling and relationship-building.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and negotiate at a senior level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and present business cases to clients.
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive initiatives and lead teams in a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
