Box is hiring an Associate Solutions Engineer to join its growing team in New York City. In this role, you will help design customer-focused solutions while learning key technical and professional skills. First, you will complete the 6-month ASE Academy. This program will prepare you for success by offering in-depth training and hands-on experience.
After completing the academy, you will support internal teams and customers. You will present the Box platform and show how it solves business problems. This role combines technical learning with customer engagement. It is perfect for individuals interested in tech sales and SaaS solutions. Box offers a hybrid work model with in-person days focused on collaboration and learning.
Responsibilities of the Associate Solutions Engineer

- Complete the 6-month ASE Academy to build technical and professional skills.
- Learn the Box platform, including web, mobile, desktop, and APIs.
- Partner with Solutions Engineers to support customer needs and strategic deals.
- Use active listening to uncover customer problems and recommend solutions.
- Deliver product demos to internal teams and external clients.
- Share product knowledge to help teams understand Box’s value.
- Collaborate using modern SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Slack, and Zoom.
- Support go-to-market efforts by enabling colleagues through training.
- Continue to grow skills and product knowledge beyond the academy.
- Help customers and teams solve problems using content-driven workflows.

Shifts
