Job Description
The Analyst, Technology Support at ReSource Pro, plays a pivotal role in providing desktop and infrastructure support for the US-based team while collaborating with global technology initiatives. The role is primarily remote but requires the candidate to reside within the Central Time Zone, with the ability to travel to the office in Groesbeck, TX, occasionally.
As part of this role, you will ensure the seamless operation of the corporate technology environment, troubleshoot issues, maintain desktop environments, and assist users with technology tools to optimize their efficiency and collaboration with remote and international teams.
Responsibilities
User Support and Maintenance:
- Provide comprehensive desktop support for both onsite and remote users, troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining computing environments.
- Manage the setup for new employees, including hardware procurement and configuration, to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Oversee the maintenance and updates of desktops and applications, ensuring they are secure and running optimally.
Helpdesk Management:
- Act as the point of contact for US Helpdesk ticketing, managing, and escalating issues as necessary.
- Support the global technology team in troubleshooting and communication with ReSource Pro clients during regular working hours.
Technology Projects:
- Collaborate on global technology projects to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and security.
- Assist in evaluating and implementing new technologies that align with the company’s strategic goals.
Application Support:
- Maintain and support US applications such as VOIP/PBX systems, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint Online, and Adobe.
- Ensure smooth operation and updates of software applications, guiding users on best practices and usage.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
- Must live within the Central Time Zone, with availability to travel to the Groesbeck, TX office as needed.
Experience:
- 1-5 years of experience in a helpdesk or IT support role, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and desktop maintenance.
- Prior experience with an ERP system or in handling enterprise software environments.
Skills:
- Technical Troubleshooting: Intermediate-level troubleshooting skills with the ability to independently resolve technical issues related to desktop environments, hardware, and software applications.
- Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface with senior leaders, colleagues, and clients.
- Windows Environment Proficiency: Solid understanding of the Windows desktop environment, including the configuration and management of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe applications, and basic Windows Server administration.
- Helpdesk Management: Experience managing helpdesk ticketing systems, with a focus on user support, ticket escalation, and resolution tracking.
- Active Directory: Basic knowledge of Windows Server administration, including user management and permissions using Active Directory.
- Hardware Troubleshooting: Familiarity with diagnosing and resolving hardware issues for desktop systems and peripheral devices.
- Collaboration Tools: Experience with Office 365, SharePoint Online, and collaboration tools, ensuring efficient remote work and communication.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and handle concurrent activities effectively.
- Problem Solving: Ability to analyze technical problems, identify solutions, and implement effective troubleshooting techniques.

Shifts
This is a full-time position with standard business hours. Occasional travel to Groesbeck, Texas, may be required.
