Job Description
Capstone Logistics is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Auditor to join their team at the Sarasota, FL location. The main focus of this role is to monitor product quality on the dock, document issues such as damaged goods or shifted loads, and use data entry to log and report findings. This position plays a key role in maintaining operational accuracy and supporting process improvement through regular reporting and audits.
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Auditor

- Walk the dock and inspect products for damage, bad wood, and shifted loads
- Take photographic evidence of any quality or safety issues observed
- Log findings using data entry tools and software
- Generate and submit reports to the manager for review and process improvement
- Support safety and operational standards through accurate documentation
- Communicate clearly with the team to ensure issues are resolved promptly
