Job Description

Capstone Logistics is looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Kissimmee, FL. In this role, you will perform various warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, palletizing, repacking, and maintaining cleanliness. This is a fast-paced, physical job ideal for high-energy individuals who are looking to grow in a performance-driven environment. Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate

  • Load and unload freight using manual or equipment-assisted methods.
  • Select, sort, repack, and palletize goods according to operational needs.
  • Perform audits to ensure accuracy in handling and shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including housekeeping duties.
  • Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety programs.
  • Execute other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Experience:

  • Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred.
  • Willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.

Skills:

  • High energy with the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry 25 to 75 lbs regularly.
  • Strong team player with a commitment to safety and productivity.
  • Dependable and punctual with good communication skills.
