Job Description
As a Sales Executive at ReSource Pro, you will drive growth through new client acquisition within the retail insurance vertical. This “hunter” sales role requires extensive travel and industry experience. You’ll focus on developing new business, managing sales processes from initial engagement to contract negotiation, and closing deals. The goal is to offer ReSource Pro’s industry-leading solutions, challenge prospects to think differently, and build long-term relationships with strategic accounts.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop leads through cold calling, trade shows, webinars, and speaking engagements.
- Assess client needs and propose solutions that address business challenges with a clear financial impact.
- Move prospects through the purchasing process, managing negotiations and approvals.
- Manage relationships with strategic accounts, building long-term rapport and referrals.
- Stay current on market trends and client needs to offer relevant solutions.
- Participate in ReSource Pro’s sales and product training programs to continuously improve your skills.
Requirements of Sales Executive
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or related fields.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar tools is preferred.
- Proven experience selling Software as a Service (SaaS) within the insurance industry is a plus.
Experience:
- 10 years of sales experience, preferably within BPO, BPM, insurance agencies, or carriers.
- 10+ years of insurance agency/carrier experience.
- Extensive experience with consultative sales, territory management, and prospecting.
- Demonstrated success in large strategic account management and contract negotiation.
- Deep knowledge of the insurance industry and the BPO/BPM sectors.
Skills:
- Customer-focused with strong goal orientation.
- Superior presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and consultative selling skills.
- Familiarity with product and operational knowledge related to insurance services.
