At ReSource Pro, we’re seeking a highly skilled professional to manage large books of business for our commercial lines insurance clients. You’ll focus on retaining customers, growing accounts by offering additional lines of coverage, and providing quality service tailored to each client’s specific needs.
Responsibilities of Commercial Lines Account Manager
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial lines insurance accounts.
- Drive customer retention and promote additional lines of coverage.
- Evaluate carrier relationships, market placement, and commercial insurance products.
- Deliver exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Consult and advise colleagues and clients using your subject matter expertise.
- Utilize Agency Management Systems to complete tasks effectively.
- Lead daily interactions with customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Research, recommend, and implement ReSource Pro solutions for clients.
- Gather client requirements to offer tailored insurance solutions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Experience:
- 3-7 years of Property and Casualty insurance experience or equivalent coverage experience in a retail agency or service center.
- Proven experience working in Agency Management Systems.
- Non-resident licenses for other states are preferred.
- Industry certifications such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, ARM are highly desirable.
Skills:
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to build relationships.
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Adaptable and effective in a team-oriented environment.
