Our client, a renowned global law firm, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to join their legal recruiting team in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This hybrid, full-time position is ideal for recent graduates (December 2024 or May 2025) with a strong academic background and an interest in legal recruiting and talent management. 

The successful candidate will support various aspects of the recruitment process, including maintaining candidate databases, coordinating interviews, and assisting with outreach events. Responsibilities of the Recruitment Assistant

  • Maintain Candidate Database: Accurately update and manage all candidate information in the firm’s applicant tracking system, ViDesktop.

  • Coordinate Interview Schedules: Handle interview scheduling, including cancellations and reschedules, ensuring all parties are informed promptly.
  • Candidate Communication: Correspond with applicants to schedule interviews and office visits, providing necessary information and assistance.

Shifts

The Recruitment Assistant position is a full-time role with an expected commitment of 40 hours per week. The hybrid work arrangement offers flexibility, allowing for both remote and in-office work in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
